1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OzNauz (available at nozless.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Humilitas Group Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the OzNauz web application and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Description of Service

OzNauz is a recipe and meal planning app designed to help people taking GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and similar medications) find meals that work for them. The Service uses a proprietary scoring system called the Gigi Score™ — a 1-10 rating based on empirical data from thousands of recipes, what you've told Gigi works for you, and where you are in your week.

3.2 Analysis Limitations — This Tool Can Be Wrong

OzNauz's analysis has limitations. Please be aware that:

• Gigi Scores may be inaccurate, incomplete, or miss relevant factors
• Individual responses to food while on GLP-1 medications vary widely
• The Service cannot account for all relevant health context
• Scores may be inconsistent for similar inputs

Do not make medical decisions based solely on what this tool tells you. Always consult your healthcare provider about your GLP-1 medication and any side effects.

4. Proprietary Technology

The Gigi Score™ and the underlying scoring methodology are proprietary to Humilitas Group Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the scoring algorithms or methodology used by the Service. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Gigi Score system, remain with Humilitas Group Limited.

5. Subscription and Payment

OzNauz Pro is available as a monthly subscription at $9 USD/month. New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

OzNauz Pro includes unlimited text-based meal analyses and up to 60 image-based meal analyses per month.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $50.
